Searching U.S. Hospital Twitter Feeds

by Ed Bennett on December 21, 2009

Here is a Google Custom Search Engine that only searches U.S. Hospital Twitter feeds. (The ones on my list) This is a test, I’m still working out some bugs with the search box. It also appears that the Google results are delayed – new tweets are not automatically available. If it’s a good resource, I’ll add it to each state page.

Feedback welcome.

Ed, nice work, again! A quick pass on the search engine finds the usual suspects, i.e., the brave, market leaders & innovators in the space present with rich streams of information. Meanwhile, too many others are no where to be found, e.g, UCSF, UCSD or UCLA Medical Centers as examples. Yet Stanford Medical Center is boldly present.
