Fair enough, just curious. It is all for a bit of fun really, I still think there isn't a good grading system. Everyone uses twitter differently and for a different purpose. There is no way any analytic could figure out that I got accepted to conferences, featured in nursing leadership journals and now do partnerships with hospitals and healthcare organizations to help them understand web 2.0/social media.
Amusingly enough though I still check theses twitter graders regularly, lol, I think it is something cultural we just want to be praised for our work.

Thanks for the other info on the hospitals though that is very intersting.

Robert,
I don't think anyone is using the score - at least not seriously. It was just something I did for a bit of fun.

Who is using that twitter score? Just wondering if it is being used anywhere else and what value they associate with it.

Ed, I just recently found your site (recommended to me by someone I met at south by southwest) and have found it to be an amazing resource. I don't know if this is your personal blog or not but it is really great and I hope everyone can come together to talk about these topics.
More specifically, I am interested how you put this together. Maybe we can put together a web application that can create these numbers automatically and maybe with some visualizations.
Thanks.
