This coupled with our organization's decision to cancell several of our Press Ganey surveys (e.g., Outpt services and Outpt Surgery surveys) I am interested in exploring other avenues such as social media and/or an internal electronic survey to help us elicit more information from our pts about their experiences. Would you have the time or interest in talking with me about these 2 modalities.
