Marisa,

It was my pleasure – a very interesting group, and excellent programming. You’ve done a great job organizing this conference.

Thank you Mr. Bennett. Excellent and thought provoking.  Do you know what type of guidelines the NP participating in the liver transplant social media page uses to interact with patients? (Frequency checking in, items she reads, what she comments on, etc?)  Thanks again.

Teresa,

Our NP monitors the discussion on a daily basis, answers questions, and provides general guidance to the group. It’s really an extension of the work she does in a traditional support group.

That’s an excellent paper, and done here at our own institution! Is it OK to share the document with others? What are your future research plans in this area?

Your presentation was excellent and very futuristic! I was very interested in the patient support group aspect and how that would work in our organization. I am still amazed you were able to get your oganizational leadership to work together and agree to utilize all the social media sites you have deployed! Good for you and good for the patients and staff.
