This is great, finally a focus on how hospitals are using web 2.0 internally. So many people are caught up in the idea that patients are going online to choose providers and hospitals but it is just not true. Look at Hospital Compare and HCAHPS. Impossible to navigate and consumers aren’t going there, we are. Thanks for a great site.
